ich versuche gerade, mich auf eine Ausschreibung der öffentlichen Hand, konkret des Bundesamts für Familie und zivilgesellschaftliche Aufgaben. Dies soll über die Plattform www.evergabe-online.de geschehen. Dafür wird (aus Sicherheitsgründen) die Installation einer App verlangt. Auf Nachfrage gab es immerhin eine Anleitung für Unix/Linux, bei der einiges an Handarbeit erwartet/verlangt wird. Klappt bei mir aber trotzdem nicht. Meine zweite Nachfrage wurde beantwortet mit "da wir keinen Support für Linux-Systeme anbieten, kann ich Ihnen nur empfehlen, in diesem Fall einen Wndows-Rechner zu benutzen." Da ist man mal wieder sprachlos ...
Mein konkretes Problem: Ich will nicht nur keinen WinRechner, ich habe auch nicht so ohne weiteres Zugriff auf einen solchen. Daher die Frage: Irgendwer hier, der/die die EvergabeApp unter Linux schon zum Laufen gebracht hat? Ich bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar!

Funktioniert wirklich gut, ich greife mit Remmina per RDP auf das System zu.
War jetzt wohl die gewünschte Antwort, könnte aber ein Lösungsweg sein.

ich habe vor 3 Jahren die evergabe allein über das Webportal bedient. Ich war allerdings auch Ausschreiber und nicht Bewerber, vielleicht macht das einen Unterschied? Aber das soll wohl auch bundeslands-spezifisch sein.
Wenn man was mit Wine zum Laufen bringen will, ist das Geheimnis meist die richtige Wine-Version, d.h. die Nutzung eines Tools wie PlayOnLinux oder Lutris. Es haben wohl schon Leute hingekriegt, abhängig vom Bundesland. Wenn es denn überhaupt um wine geht ... Ohne Kenntnis der Anleitung kann hier kaum jemand helfen.

Hallo Irmhild Rogalla,
ich hab mir die Installation der "App" angesehen. Die kommt als Java Anwendung eingebettet in eine .sh-Datei Die Datei hat 717 Zeilen die im wesentlichen sich um die Suche nach einem passenden Java bemühen, dies kann jedoch in den ersten Zeilen überschrieben werden. Dazu gibt es entsprechende Kommentare in der Datei.
Ab Z. 718 fängt das binary an, da kann man dann nichts mehr sehen. Wahrscheinlich haben grafische Editoren bei 65MB Dateien etwas Schwierigkeiten Ich würde deshalb einen Editor wie vi oder nano oder emacs zum öffnen empfehlen.
mit 'chmod +x <datei>' muss diese noch ausführbar gemacht werden. Anschließend braucht es eine grafische Umgebung (ich nutze i3, aber wahrscheinlich gehen auch GNOME, KDE, XFCE o.ä) um den Installer zu bedienen. Falls das nicht geht gibt es eine kurze Hilfe mit
./evergabeapp_unix.sh -h (öffnet auch wieder ein Fenster) und eine Textzeilen Installation mit ./evergabeapp_unix.sh -c
Um die Anwendung zu testen braucht man ein Benutzerkonto, welches ich nicht habe. Eine Anmeldung mit einem ELSTER Unternehmenskonto ist noch Zukunftsmusik.
Schicke gerne mal die Anleitung und deine Konkrete Fehlermeldung, damit man versuchen kann dir zu helfen. Alles andere ist stochern im Nebel.

ja, das ist eine Java-Anwendung, die wir bei meinem Unternehmen Intevation seit Jahren auf Debian GNU/Linux Systemen laufen lassen und damit in 9/10 Fällen Angebote konform abgegeben haben.
Die EvergabeApp läuft also auf GNU/Linux.
(Wir verwenden dafür eine virtuelle Maschine mit GNU/Linux, haben aber auch virtuelle Maschinen für Windows, falls ein Aspekt der Angebotsabgabe nicht mit Freier Software läuft, was zum Beispiel bei bestimmten PDF Formularen oder anderen Dokumenten immer wieder mal vorkommt. Da muss Du natürlich nicht tun, ist nur zusätzliche Absicherung für uns.)
Wir haben für die EvergabeApp eine Version von Java von Debian installiert. Zum Beispiel damals openjdk-8-jre https://wiki.debian.org/Java Also installiere ein gepflegtes OpenJDK von Deiner GNU/Linux Distribution.
Dann die EvergabeApp runterladen -- dadurch wirst Du schon geführt worden sein.
Und bei jeder Ausschreibung gibt es eine neue Startdatei, welche Du dann aus dem Webbrowser heraus speichern muss. Beispielsweise mit Firefox. Merkt Dir wo (oder suche nach der Datei).
Dann das Startskript der App mit dieser Startdatei als Parameter auf einem grafischen System in der Kommandozeile starten, z.B. /home/ber/evergabe/evergabeapp/evergabeapp \ ~/Downloads/start-eVergabeApp.evergabeapp
Und dann im Webbrowser weiter, wie dort angezeigt.
Falls irgendwas davon nicht klappen sollte, dann kopiere den signifikanten Teil der Fehlermeldungen hier rein. (Schau durch, dass dort keine vertraulichen Inhalte drin sind.)
Ich denke Installation, Starten der Java-Anwendung auf der Kommandozeile, das kennen viele. Der Trick ist der mit der Startdatei.

Da es schon lange funktioniert, vermute ich, dass die das bei der Software-Pflege schon durchaus mal testen. Ich kann dann aber auch ein wenig verstehen, dass sie nicht jede Variante der Betriebssysteme GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD und weitere offiziell unterstützen, bzw. garantieren können. Als Garantie ist das vermutlich kein gutes Kosten/Nutzen-Verhältnis. Mehr Anleitung wäre natürlich hilfreich, also sollten wir sie positiv ermuntern.

Zur Sicherheit: einen größeren Schwerpunkt auf Freie Software Anwendungen (1), die auf vielen Plattformen gehen (2) fände ich noch viel besser. Wenn die Schnittstelle gut dokumentiert ist (3), dann können die Anwendungen von den Nutzenden auf neue Plattformen angepasst werden. Qt und GTK+ z.B.laufen auf sehr vielen Plattformen gut.
