Sorry for the delay in the date scheduling for our next physical meeting in Berlin. We have found quite a few possible days and I would like to ask you to share your availability as soon as possible so we can arrange a room.

I am informing you that our meeting in Berlin will take place in the 3rd and 4th of May. This means, that you can proceed with your travel bookings.
Max will inform us as soon as possible on the meeting venue and will suggest some hotels nearby.
I will draft a preliminary agenda in the coming days. Possible duration of the meeting will be from 09.00 to 17.00 for the 3rd and from 09.30 to 13.30 for the 4th of May.
I have prepared an excel table in our Keybase folder ":\team\foss4smes\Meetings\2. Berlin". Its for you to fill out and help us know more about who is participating and his/her travel arrangements.

As we are not based close to an airport I very much appreciate that we start in the morning since we need to fly in the evening before anyway.
It is good if we can decide the starting time (09:00) for the 3rd May and the (latest) time for when we finish the meeting (i.e. 13:30) for the 4th of May so that we can start to plan for travel.

I think we will need:
- one big table per participant to put our laptops and papers; - a Bima to project our presentations; - enough electrecity sockets for our laptops; - sth like a whiteboard with markers to write ideas during brainstorming sessions; - ability to print documents; - refreshments;
