Please find attached an updated version of the Certified Open Product and Services Framework (with change mode switched on).
This version was created after some discussion between Graham, Georg and myself, and includes some minor revisions to language.
The formatting of the document needs to be fixed. I'll do that later. Just looking for comments on content right now.

Shane

I have made additional changes, added the current Open Standard definition, tweaked the formatting of the document and attempted to get the wording right on question 19 (business view).
"Are there any licenses, contracts or agreements that would limit use or substitutability? There are no limits to use or substitutability There are few limits to use or substitutability There is a strict limit to use or substitutability"
Any suggestions for improvement most welcome.
