I see Graham just emailed to say he is answering the first and perhaps Stephen is taking the second. As Graham pointed out, we need to confirm ownership of incoming questions and their resolution.

I am wondering if there is an (excel?) tool to make a quick scan (just to indicate) for a customer. We don't have any automated tool for this. However, a consultant can use the Certified Open documentation and their own existing knowledge to create an impression of the degree of lock-in their current infrastructure may possess. It is important to emphasise that such a measure is not definitive nor is it endorsed in any way by Certified Open LTD, being subject as it is to the individual consultant's understanding and perspective of the tools in question.

I believe Simon is making an important point and this could be a big growth area for Certified Open. Perhaps the most productive thing would be to engage Simon in conversation to understand his own organisation's requirements with respect to Voluntary/Non-Profit sector listing, and to move this discussion to the board level as soon as possible. It is also important that Simon will get feedback from the board's discussion on the topic so he knows what - if any - action we may take.

Hi shane, thought you were out all week.Yes, on vol sector suggested Stephen since he has been working with them in Uk already. The first one needs a bit more understanding - perhaps we can discuss.Angle I see is getting a balance between consultants taking CO into their clients and encouraging them to use it, versus them getting some sort of commercial advantage out of it, and therefore us wanting to make a charge for the privelege. Do you anything about them? I think the basic markets have been defined in conversation but I'll just expand on it for a moment here to ensure we are all on the same page.
Certified Open is selling certification to parties who want to deploy a product which will get a certain score from the programme.
Certified Open is also providing without cost access to the scoring documentation which parties can take into their internal infrastructure and thus measure lock-in. This has benefit in that it helps to create additional markets for our paid services. Furthermore, we can move towards a programme with Certified Open approved consultants who would be trained/certified by us and would in turn use the CO documentation on clients to measure lock-in and further drive demand for our primary product certification initiative.
