Attached is 'final' copy in both odf and pdf.
I've gone with the title of Freedom from Lock-In, not because I think its great but because I need to finalise now and print both for Berlin and Stephen needs for LPI on Tuesday.
For some reason when I convert to pdf it loses it a little - margins etc, so actually it prints better in odf. Rod don't know if you can have a look at this but whatever it should go up on site as pdf under downloads.
Do we want to recreate this on the site itself as a summary?
