Wie angekündigt sende ich Ihnen hiermit einige Fragevorschläge zu wichtigen politischen Themen im Bereich von Informatik und digitaler Nachhaltigkeit. Diese Vorschläge stammen von der Swiss Open Systems User Group /ch/open (siehe http://ch-open.ch/ ) und der Schweizer Fellowship-Gruppe der Free Software Foundation Europe (siehe http://fsfe.org/ ).

Befürworten Sie die aktive und kostenfreie Publikation aller Daten (in offenen maschinenlesbaren Formaten), die mit öffentlichen Geldern erstellt wurden, sofern diese nicht übergeordneten Daten-, Informations- und Urheberschutzbestimmungen unterliegen?
Sind Sie der Meinung, dass die Behörden in der Schweiz im Bereich Informatik mehr gemeinsam und mit offenen Standards und freier Software (d.h. keine Lizenzgebühren, reibungslosere Zusammenarbeit) arbeiten sollten?
Sind Sie der Meinung, dass die Verwaltung bei der Verabschiedung von Gesetzen und Verordnungen für Gemeinden und Kantone und Bund gleich die notwendige minimale Software entwickeln sollte und allen Beteiligten unentgeltlich, inklusive Sourcecode und Bearbeitungsrecht zur Verfügung stellen sollte?
Soll Software, die mit Steuergeldern bezahlt wurde, den Bürgern unentgeltlich, inclusive Quellcode und Bearbeitungsrecht, zur Verfügung stehen?
Sind Sie der Meinung, dass in Schulen verwendete Software, die von den Kindern auch zuhause zur Erledigung der Hausaufgaben gebraucht wird, unentgeltlich und zeitlich unbeschränkt zur Verfügung stehen muss?
Sind Sie der Meinung, dass die Schweizer Behörden derzeit zu sehr von ausländischen Softwarefirmen abhängig sind?
Befürworten Sie die systematische Umstellung auf freie und Open Source Software in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und Bildung?
Denken Sie, zur elektronische Kommunikation der Behörden untereinander und zur Archivierung dieser Kommunikation sollten ausschließlich quelloffene, lückenlos dokumentierte und lizenzkostenfrei umzusetzende Formate eingesetzt werden?

Besten Dank für die Vorschläge. Wir werden sie in den nächsten Wochen intern diskutieren. Wie bereits zuvor gesagt, kann ich Ihnen aber nicht garantieren, dass die Vorschläge schlussendlich auch den Weg in den Fragebogen finden werden.
