Hallo zusammen,
für ein Projekt und dessen Mitarbeiteri*nnnen suche ich jemanden oder auch eine Gruppe, die eine grundsätzliche und gründliche ;) Einführung in Open Source und freie Software gibt (auf Deutsch). Die Gruppe umfasst max. 10 Personen, ein geschlossener Kreis, mit sehr unterschiedlichen Vorkenntnissen, von bisher keine Berührung gehabt bis zu "Fan". Als Umfang stelle ich mir - je nach Konzept sowie interaktiven und didaktischen Elementen - etwa einen Tag vor (Verhandlungsbasis, auch aufteilbar in wöchentliche Blöcke, wahrscheinlich alles online). Themen die vorkommen sollten sind m.E.
* grundsätzliche Einführung
* politisches/die vier Freiheiten und digitale Souveränität (dafür habe ich schon jemanden)
* Anwendungsprogramme (so Richtung: vorstellen was es alles gibt, Schwerpunkt Büro, Wissensarbeit, Kommunikation und Kollaboration)
* "Spirit" (evtl. ein bisschen Historie)
* Communities und Entwicklungsprozesse
Ich kann die Aufwände auch in gewissem Rahmen vergüten, das müsste ggf. besprochen werden.

Aus meiner Sicht geht es hier eher darum, überhaupt Standards zu wählen.
Und dazu gehört für mich unbedingt: Projektubergreifende Standards.
Niemandem ist geholfen, wenn 5 Projekte für einen Zweck 5 Protokolle entwickeln, auch nicht, wenn sie sie offenlegen und frei lizenzieren.
Es ist durchaus möglich, Software und Protokolle zu entwickeln, die nach allen juristischen Gesichtspunkten frei und offen sind, aber de facto trotzdem proprietär.

Aus dieser fragwürdigen Verwendung resultieren u. a. meine Vorbehalte gegen diesen Begriff.
(Darum bin ich auch nicht Mitglied der Open Source Fans ;-) .)
