Ich bin mir sicher, die ÖRR-Medien waren nicht besonders scharf auf das Deupublizieren und sich vermutlich auch nicht sonderlich zufrieden damit (Bitte um Berichtigung, falls es sich anders verhält. Ich spekuliere lediglich).
Falls dem tatsächlich so ist, wäre dies doch ein guter Ansatz, um den ÖRR das ganze schmackhaft zu machen. Andererseits kann genau das vielleicht auch zu einem Problem für die freie Lizenzierung werden.
Insofern stimme ich zu, dass auf diesen Aspekt eingegangen werden sollte.

man beachte, dass es hier nur um "Bildungsinhalte" geht:

"Der Rundfunkstaatsvertrag ordnet Sendungen je nach Genre eine bestimmte Verweildauer zu. So dürfen einzelne Filme maximal 3 Monate online bleiben, während Reihen wie zum Beispiel der Tatort, Polizeiruf 110 oder der Bozen- Krimi etc. bis zu 6 Monate als Video angeboten werden dürfen. Dokumentationen und Informationssendungen dürfen demnach bis zu 12 Monate online bleiben, kulturelle Beiträge bis zu 5 Jahre."

Das Thema wird aber noch komplexer. Wenn man heute die Filmförderung des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks in Anspruch nimmt, dann wird daraus kein "freier Film".
Das war der Grund für Sandra Trostel "all creatures welcome" mit Spenden und Crowdfunding zu finanzieren.

Damit hat sie gezeigt, dass man Dokumentarfilme, die dann auch in Kinos laufen, unabhängig finanzieren und unter CC veröffentlichen kann.
