Hallo,
ein schöner, gemütlicher, interessanter Abend.
Der reguläre Freie-Software-Abend am 25.04.2018 in Düsseldorf hatte eine etwas andere Gestaltung als in letzter Zeit üblich.
Statt Vortrag und anschließender Diskussion, hatten wir zu einer lockeren Gesprächsrunde eingeladen. Mal son rischtisch jenussvoller Abend auf der Dachterrasse mit nem kühlen Fässken Schumacher, welches bis zum späten Ende des Abends auch tatsächlich geleert wurde.
Alte Bekannte und Freunde, die wir lange nicht mehr gesehen hatten, waren eingeladen worden und kamen, und auch ein neues Gesicht hatte den Weg in unsere Runde gefunden. Also genau die richtige Mischung für interessante Gespräche.
Diese wurden schließlich dadurch beendet, dass die Beschränkungen des örtlichen ÖPNV die Leute schließlich hinaus auf die Straße zu den Haltestellen desselben trieb.
Der nächste reguläre Freie-Software-Abend in Düsseldorf ist am 30.05.2018 ab 19:30 Uhr.
Einzelheiten werden noch auf den üblichen Kanälen bekannt gegeben.
Gäste werden auch bei diesen Treffen wie immer herzlich willkommen sein.
Bereits jetzt ist auch schon im Kalendar der _02.06.2018_ zu reservieren.
Florian Snow aus Franken, der stellvertretende Deutschland-Koordinator der Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE), wird nach Düsseldorf kommen und möchte die hiesigen Unterstützer Freier Software und Offener Standards kennenlernen.
Er möchte vorgestellt bekommen, was wir so an Aktivitäten machen und wie das läuft, denn er hat die Erwartung, davon etwas lernen zu können. Er würde auch gerne mit uns darüber sprechen, wie wir unser Verhältnis zur FSFE aktuell sehen und wie wir das in Zukunft gerne gestalten möchten.
Auch wir haben sicherlich Fragen an Florian zur Zukunft der FSFE und ihrer Stellung und Rolle innerhalb der Freien-Software-Gemeinschaft auf regionaler, nationaler, europäischer und globaler Ebene.
Es ist daher eine Gesprächsrunde an diesem Samstag geplant, bei der sicherlich auch der bewährte allgemeine "rheinisch-fränkische Kulturaustausch" nicht zu kurz kommen wird.
Auch hierzu werden nicht nur die südlichere rheinische Freie-Software-Community (Bonn, Köln), sondern auch Gäste herzlich willkommen sein.
