Hallo,
wir sind ins neue Jahr mit einem interessanten Vortrag von Alexander gestartet. Erfreulicherweise konnten wir einige neue Teilnehmer begrüßen, sodass sich die Vorstellungsrunde zu Beginn des offiziellen Teils lohnte.
Titel des Vortrags war:
"Jumpsaround - Lösen des Springer-Problems in 7 Programmiersprachen"
Als "Kurzvortrag" angekündigt stellte sich das Referat von Alexander durchaus als "ausgewachsener" Vortrag heraus.
Das Springerproblem ist ein kombinatorisches Problem, das darin besteht, für einen Springer auf einem leeren Schachbrett eine Route zu finden, auf der dieser jedes Feld genau einmal besucht. [0]
Alexander stellte nicht nur geläufige Sprachen, wie C, Go oder Python vor, sondern deckte ein weites Feld von Forth bis V ab.
Sehr schön erläuterte er die Paradigmen der Sprachen und ihre Vor- und Nachteile unter besonderer Berücksichtigung ihrer Performanz bezüglich des Springerproblems.

Nach der Fragerunde zum Vortrag gab es wieder eine allgemeine Diskussion, die erst endete, als die meisten Teilnehmer von Codezeilen träumen wollten.
