Hi, wie in freie Software Kreisen schon lange bekannt werden "Opensource" und damit verwandte Begriffe immer weiter gedehnt, ausgetreten und bedeuten damit irgendwann nichts Bestimmtes.
Da mich die freie Softwaresituation der Maemocommunity stört und es Leute gibt die wie ich denken, versuche ich diese zu mehr Software Freedom zu bewegen:

Hintergrund ist, dass Nokia (bzw. das OSSO Team darin) gerade eine 'es sind 10 Tage Zeit, sag uns was du von uns willst' Aktion gestartet haben. Also hab ich mich beteiligt.
Mit der Mailüberschrift hat das insofern zu tun, als das ich im Maemo Wiki folgende 'Schönen' Dinge gefunden habe.
Da heisst es im längeren auf 2010 geplanten Zeitraum "Openness, openness, openness"[0] und gleich daneben schreibt Quim Gil "Nokia has not the goal of shipping a 100% open source platform."[1]. Polemisch stelle ich damit fest, dass 3 Mal 'openness' immer noch weniger ist als einmal Freedom.
Falls euch was dazu einfällt schreibts ins Fellowship Blog. Wäre wirklich toll, wenn sich in Bezug auf Maemo doch noch was täte.
