Die taz hat am 24.11. einen ganz gut allgemeinverständlichen Bericht abgeliefert, der die Widersprüche in der Debatte anspricht.
Das finde ich gut, da die Bedeutung des Themas weiter vermittelt werden muss.

mit einer Debatte, die in ihrer Rhetorik an Kalte-Kriegs-Hysterie erinnert, werden die realen Probleme (und nicht zu vergessen: die Chancen), die die Digitalisierung für all das aufwirft, was wir bislang unter Kino verstehen, erst recht verfehlt. Vom Vertrauensbruch, der an den Kinozuschauern begangen wird, ganz zu schweigen. Eine Lösung muss gefunden werden.
Lösungvorschläge werden nicht besprochen; die genannten "Creative Commons" und "Kultur-Flatrate" sind meiner Ansicht nach nicht problemlösend genug.
