Ich hoffe ich finde nächste Woche die Zeit einen detaillierteren Bericht dazu zu verfassen. An dieser Stelle nur kurz zu dem Kampfbegriff "Geistiges Eigentum": Ok, selber schuld, wenn ich einer Einladung des Haus der Deutschen Wirtschaft zu einer gleichnamigen Veranstaltung ("Tag des Geistigen Eigentums") folge... Aber es war wirklich erschreckend, wie der Begriff "Geistiges Eigentum" wie ein Mantra ständig und immer wieder wiederholt und hervorgehoben wurde. Dr. Max Stadler vom BMJ bringt zum Beispiel folgende Pauschalaussage: "Zum Grundrecht des Menschen gehört das Recht auf Eigentum und zum Recht auf Eigentum gehört das Recht auf Geistiges Eigentum!"
Dabei wurde unter diesem Begriff natürlich auch noch nahezu alles was man sich vorstellen kann akkumuliert: Urheberrecht, Patentrecht, Markenrecht und sogar Produktfälschung... Außerdem auffällig war, dass die "Bösen" konsequent als Piraten bezeichnet wurden. Produktpiraterie, Urheberrecht, Markenfälschung, Patenteklau .. alle wurden konsequent als Piraten bezeichnet.
