ich würde gern meine Studienmitschriften zwecks gemeinsamen Lernens/ Lerngruppe unter einer freien Lizenz zur Verfügung stellen. Allerdings bin ich mir in rechtlichen Dingen nicht ganz sicher.
Ich denke an eine "freie" Lizenz mit Namensnennung - ähnlich der Wikipedia, welche die Creative Commons Attribution/Share Alike am Seitenende angibt. Zudem gibt es einen Hinweis auf die Nutzungsbedingungen für alle Editoren. Außerdem werden die jeweiligen Dozenten, samt Titel der jeweiligen Lehrveranstaltung, genannt.
Kann mir hierbei jemand helfen. Bin für Tipps dankbar.

die Creative-Commons Lizenzen in Betracht zu ziehen ist für Texte sicherlich eine gute Idee. Cc-by-sa-4.0 oder cc-by-4.0 wären meine ersten Kandiaten.
Dann solltest Du darüber nachdenken, ob diese Schriften komplett Dich als Urheber haben (*). Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was Du mit "Studienmitschriften" meinst. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das wörtgetreue Wiedergeben von Vorlesungsinhalten einer Dozentin ein sogenannten "abgeleitetes" Werk darstellt. Dann solltest Du die jeweilige Dozentin vorher ansprechen.
(*) Das bedeutet, Du wärst der Inhaber der exklusiven Nutzungsrechte.
Auf irights.info finden sich viele Grundlagen zu Urheberrecht http://irights.info da findet sich bestimmt etwas Interessantes für Dich, z.B. in der Kategorie "CREATIVE COMMONS + LIZENZEN"
