Es ging darum: Die Pflegekammer in Rheinland-Pfalz ist dieses Jahr in der Gründungsphase. Zu einer Kammer gehört auch eine Datenbank mit den Berufsangehörigen. Ich, als ein solcher, hatte mir überlegt, dass man bereits jetzt Freie Software im Sinne der Datensicherheit vorschreiben könnte, noch bevor sich die Kammer gründet. Dazu hatte ich Essay (mit Unterstützung der FOSS-Gemeinde) verfasst und direkt an den Gründungsausschuss geschickt.
Die Antwort kam heute (etwa 6 Wochen später) und war ernüchternd. Es gibt dort keine Gegenargumente, sondern nur allgemein gehaltene Textblöcke (Gründung des Ausschusses, Internetpräsenz aka Facebook). Ein Bezug zu meinem Essay besteht nicht im geringsten.
Das sie nicht "Ja" sagen, war mir klar. Jedoch hatte ich wenigstens mit Widerstand gerechnet. Aber DAS ist ja einfach nur Ignoranz, mit der ich hier gestraft werde.
Versuche mich gerade abzukühlen und das nüchtern zu sehen. Bin nicht sicher, wie ich darauf reagieren soll. Lust hätte ich jetzt natürlich, wie ursprünglich geplant, aus meinem Essay einen offenen Brief (für Pflege- und IT-Presse) zu machen und entsprechend Druck zu erzeugen. Aber das ist vielleicht etwas zu früh und kontraproduktiv.
