Das stimmt. Deswegen ist es notwendig zwischen Produktion und Produkt zu unterscheiden.
Und genau deshalb verhindert die GPL eben _nicht_ das Geldverdienen. Sie verhindert, wenn überhaupt, nur das Geldverdienen mit Lizenzgebühren, und auch das nicht wirklich, wenn man an Doppel-Lizenzierungs-Strategien denkt.
