auch wenn ihr das Thema mehr oder weniger abgeschlossen habt, würde ich gerne auch noch was dazu sagen.

Auf der Welt läuft wirklich vieles "falsch" in dem Sinne, dass sich einem die Fußnägel hoch rollen. Wenn man sich zu viel damit beschäftigt, neigt man allerdings scheinbar tatsächlich dazu, irgendwann alles negativ und teilweise auch zynisch zu betrachten. Ich habe außerdem festgestellt, dass manche das besser wegstecken und andere (ich zum Beispiel) eher empfindlich darauf reagieren und sich regelmäßig an das Positive erinnern müssen, um nicht depressiv zu werden.
Mir hilft es, nicht von der Friede-Freude-Eierkuchen-Welt auszugehen, von der mir als Kind beigebracht wurde, dass ich ihn ihr leben würde (und wovon viele immer noch ausgehen), und mit diesem Bild von der Welt dann zu verzweifeln, sobald ich sehe, an wie vielen Ecken und Enden die reale Welt nicht zu dem Bild passt. Stattdessen versuche ich die Welt erstmal so anzunehmen wie sie ist. Mit all ihren guten und schlechten Seiten (soweit mir bekannt). Von diesem Blickwinkel aus fällt es mir leichter, mit dem Wissen um die schlimmen Dinge umzugehen und mich gleichzeitig auch über die kleinen Erfolge zu freuen, auch wenn sie weit weg vom Idealbild sind.
Außerdem hilft mir das, meine mögliche Rolle in einem Wandel der Welt realistischer einzuschätzen. Denn obwohl ich mir darüber bewusst bin, an allen Ecken und Enden in irgendwelche Zusammenhänge verwickelt zu sein, die überhaupt nicht zu meinem Idealbild von der Welt passen, starte ich jetzt nicht mehr mit einem schlechten Gewissen und dem Gefühl ich "muss" jetzt erstmal alles anders machen als alle Menschen um mich herum, um mich von dieser Schuld zu befreien. Stattdessen kann ich den Ist-Zustand erstmal akzeptieren und mir dann in Ruhe Gedanken machen, wie ich wirklich effektiv und nachhaltig etwas daran ändern möchte.
Das ist vielleicht dann auch wieder ein bisschen dieses Optimismus-Pessimismus-Ding. Entweder "Wir sind immer noch Tausend Meilen vom Idealzustand entfernt." oder "Wir sind einen Schritt weiter als an dem Zustand, wo wir gestartet sind."
Als Einschränkung möchte ich aber sagen, dass es manchmal Dinge gibt, die auf den ersten Blick ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung sind, aber das Potential haben, eine weitere umfassendere Entwicklung zu bremsen. Als Beispiele Greenwashing, Bio-Label, Sozialpartnerschaft, Parteigründungen aus sozialen Protestbewegungen oder Online-Petitionen. Also diese Dinge sind meiner Meinung zwar auch nicht nur schlecht, aber zumindest kritisch zu betrachten.
Viel Text, aber ich hoffe, ich konnte rüberbringen, was ich sagen wollte. :-)
