Hallo zusammen,
heute kam die negative Antwort von Lenovo, s.u. -- Aus meiner Sicht liest sie sich ziemlich unfreundlich und ist eindeutig als Antwort auf eine wiederholte Anfrage zum Refund verfasst, obwohl ich mich erstmals an Lenovo gewandt habe.
Gibt es aus eurer Sicht Möglichkeiten, hier außer auf dem (für mich momentan nicht erschwinglichen) Rechtsweg noch einmal nachzuhaken? Oder soll ich mich mit der Antwort geschlagen geben? Mir geht es nicht um 30€, sondern um die Diskriminierung der Nutzer von Freier Software, durch die ich im Übrigen schon nicht an der Rückrufaktion meines Akkus teilnehmen kann.

Windows Lizenzrückgabe
Sehr geehrter Kunde, leider können wir Ihrem Wunsch nach Erstattung des Wertersatzes der mit der von Ihnen erworbenen Lenovo maschine einhergehenden MS Lizenz auch weiterhin nicht entsprechen. Wie Ihnen bereits mitgeteilt, stellt das MS Operating System einen integralen Bestandteil unseres Angebots bzw. der jeweiligen Lenovo Maschine dar. Sollten Sie die Lizenzbedingungen nicht akzeptieren, räumen wir Ihnen im Rahmen unserer Firmen-Richtlinien die Möglichkeit ein, die Maschine als solche zurückzugeben. Wir möchten Sie an dieser Stelle noch gerne auf die einschlägigen Regelungen in den MS-Lizenz-Bedingungen hinweisen:
"By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software. Instead, contact the manufacturer or installer to determine their return policy for a refund or credit."
Wie Sie sehen, ist von einem Rückgabe- und ErstattungsRECHT nicht die Rede.
