Liebe Fellows,
wie einige von euch vielleicht schon gehört haben, soll der Berliner Linux Presentation Day (LPD) zu einem bundesweiten Ereignis ausgebaut werden:

Es werden Gruppen außerhalb von Berlin gesucht, die sich an dieser Veranstaltung gerne beteiligen möchten.
LPD ist der Versuch, Freie Software wieder praxisnah an die Leute zu bringen. Also das zu werden, was der LinuxTag "dank" übermäßiger Kommerzialisierung und Messe-Charakter nie werden konnte. Dazu soll der LPD an möglichst vielen Standorten im deutschsprachigen Raum stattfinden, um möglichst nah an die Leute zu kommen.
Wäre super, wenn ihr diesen Aufruf an eure FSFE-Lokalgruppen, LUGs und ähnliches weiterleitet, damit dieses Projekt mehr Fahrtwind bekommt. Ansprechpartner ist Hauke Laging.
