Die Creative Commons lizenz ist was die Freiheit der Weitergabe angeht da kein Hinderniss da sie soweit ich weiss keine Einschränkungen enthält. Der Unterschied der Creative Commons Lizenz zur GFDL ist eigentlich nur ein Punkt. Die GFDL erlaubt es sogenannte invariante Teile einer Dokumentation z.B. Umschlag und Titelseite festzulegen die invariant sind, also die nicht verändert werden dürfen.
Der Grund für diese Eigenschaft, der Invarianz, in der GFDL entstand aus den im Verlags- und Publikationswesen seit langem üblichen Gepflogenheiten bestimmte Teile eines Dokumentes stärker zu schützen. Es ist aber ohne weiteres Möglich auf diesen stärkeren Schutz zu verzichten, nur muss dies explizit ausgewiesen werden. Wenn man so will ist dies eine Art opt-in Regelung der GFDL, der Schutz ist erst einmal hoch kann aber reduziert werden wenn der Autor dies möchte.
Es spricht aber auch nichts dagegen Dokumentationen unter die GPL zu stellen was auch üblich ist. Du findest sehr viele Dokumentationen zu Freier Software die unter der GPL stehen und nicht unter der GFDL.
Ein verlinken sollte in deinem Fall eigentlich möglich sein. Die Frage hier wäre inwieweit die GPL oder die LGPL ihre Freiheit auf gelinkte Bestandteile eines Programmes weiter vererbt. Ich wette das kann der Christian sicherlich genau beantworten. @Christian, dein Einsatz. (-:
Wenn es in einem Programm die Möglichkeit gibt z.B. per Konfigurationsmenü ein Theme für die Musik aus zu wählen oder einzelne Musikstücke dann kann im Prinzip alles was in einem Musik Theme enthalten ist verwendet werden. In der Regel wird dies dann so realisiert, dass das jeweilige Programm beim Start in einem Ordner nach solchen Themes oder einzelnen Musik Dateien sucht und man sie im Konfigurations-Menü auswählen kann.
Du solltest so selbst dann aus dem Schneider sein wenn jemand dahergeht und Rechtlich geschützte Musik auf diesem Weg einbindet. Es verhält sich rechtlich in diesem Fall genauso wie beim abspielen eines rechtlich geschützten Musik Werkes in einem mp3 Player. Die Musik die gespielt wird ist in den seltensten Fällen fester Bestandteil des Players. (c:
Allerdings ich muss einschränkend sagen Lizenzrechtliche Fragen sind nicht meine erste Baustelle. Alles was Rechtlich verbindliche Ausagen angeht bin ich keine Autorität.
