following our meeting in Dublin I would like to update you on our status.
*Financial information*
We would like to invite FSFE, Dlearn and OFE to send us an invoice of 20% (for the third payment which is due now) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
We would like to invite DIT to send us an invoice of 80% (for the first, second and third payment together) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
We would like to invite SKUNI to send us an invoice of 50% (for the second and third payment together) on the FOSS4SMEs project.
*Timesheets *(scanned as "Certified copies", signed and stamped)
Please send us your timesheets for Oct, Nov and Dec 2018 asap (per person, per staff category, per output AND Only integer numbers at the sum).
*Travel Documents*
Please send us the following documents for every person for the Dublin trip (scanned as "Certified copies", signed and stamped)
- Flight itinerary and boarding passes - Travel invoices, receipts (plane, bus, etc.) - Subsistence costs invoices/ receipts (hotel, etc.)
*Certificates of participation – Dublin Meet.*
Please scan and upload your certificates as PDF files in the folder --> K:\team\foss4smes\5. Meetings\3. Dublin Meeting\Certificate of Participation
I checked with our financial department and this is how we need them. The .jpg files will not do.
*Participants list*
Does OFE have received the list from TUD? ATL would like to have it then sent to us per post, when everyone has signed.
*Minutes*
I was expecting to receive them by the 25.01. Is it possible to have them by this Friday? I need to review them and send them around asap.
*Keybase*
As Galia suggested, I have tried to move most of our documents from Google Drive to Keybase. Please check if there are any documents created by you left in our Google Drive folder and move them in our Keybase folder. Please remember to add a date along within the filename e.g. filename_date.xlsx
*O2/A1 1st Peer Review – results for Unit 1*
Please remember that *by Sunday* we should all have updated our units based on peer review and guidelines from FSFE and OFE. Lets keep fingers crossed that we will all be able to stick to our strict timeline.
*FOSS tool for Video hosting*
Someone said during the meeting, that there is a FOSS tool for hosting videos. Which one is that? I need to communicate this to our IT department.
*2nd Newsletter*
Its never too late to send our second newsletter, so please try to prepare your text asap. You can upload it in the file located --> K:\team\foss4smes\1. Management\Newsletters
*Test Plan*
Dear Brian, you wanted to send me sth before I start preparing this?
