you will find in our folder -->   K:\team\foss4smes\5. Meetings\3. Dublin Meeting      all presentations and materials available up to now along with our agenda. If anyone wants to upload materials for the meeting, this is the place to save them.

I will see you then at around 08.30 in the morning in one of the two locations that Brian included in the agenda.

@Brian: Can you please tell us in which location we should meet you on Wednesday? Is there a specific room booked for us? Floor?

Can you print the agenda for us all?

Can you print for me my PPP and the guidelines for the script development?

I am flying tomorrow morning and I will not be available until 17.00 o clock Dublin time, but you can text me @0030-6977776659 if there is sth urgent.

We have fixed the dates for the Dublin Meeting as follows:

Wednesday 16th January 2019

Thursday 17th January 2019

I will assume a maximum of two delegates will be arriving from each partner. If there are more than two or non-attendance, then please let me know (I need this for room booking resources).

DIT is currently a multi-location college with locations across the city. We intend to host the meeting in the Aungier St campus on the first day and the Grangegorman campus on the second day. Movement to the Grangegorman campus will depend on the progress we make in the recording studio on the first day.

There are many hotels in the city center, the closer you get to St.Stephens Green the more expensive they tend to be. I have indicated below 3 hotels, keeping in mind the substance and location.
