Dear Francesco and all,
Brian has made just a small mistake in his e-mail and wrote "training plan" instead of "Guidelines for the development of training contents" or "Activity Plan" which is the actual title of his document anyway.
The Training Plan is a seperate deliverable. With his e-mail he wanted to sent to our team the guidelines for O2 (because DIT is the Activity Leader of O2), which of course should include all actions, deadlines and templates that we need within this respective output.
Thank you for spotting this and thank you also for your suggestion on the content of the training plan, which we will take into consideration.

thank you for this first version of the Training Plan. Please find here attached our review with comments at the right side of the text.
In general, we think we should keep in mind that the Training Plan is a deliverable directed to the users of the training, that will be uploaded in the training platform and then made available to the public.
As such, after internal consultation, we believe that no management indications and/or deadlines should be included here, as they are not relevant for the trainees.
This is supposed to be the preliminary document that a trainee would read before approaching the course. Therefore, this is what he/she shall find here:
- Description and scope of the course
- Structure
- Objectives (key learning outcome of the course as a whole)
- Target group(s)
- Method of delivery
- Assessment methods
All the information about management, guidelines for content development and templates shall be included in a different document, available only for us as partners for internal use.

Hi All,
Please find attached the draft document for the training plan as discussed in our last meeting. I welcome any feedback back or comments on the content which may need further clarification. The description of preparation material for the video content is to follow. I think this will be clearer to myself and Brian Gillespie once we have completed a working version of our unit. You can, of course, continue with preparing your content without this information.
I will upload the reviewed version to Keybase next week after comments.
