a few updates from my side:
- Contribution to the 3rd newsletter added.
- Our multiplier event, as I wrote in the newsletter, has been already held in June. This was done because July and August are complicated months in Italy to get people participating to an event like ours (especially in Milan) due to the summer season, and there is no space in our agenda in September. By the way, the event was positive and the people attending had a good impression of our work so far. We showed in particular the ECVET competence profile and explained how the course will look like in its final versions (including the three usage scenarios foreseen).
- Translation of the course units (IO2/A2): please note that the deadline indicated is not realistic, since we are still waiting for the file with the final and definitive version to be sent to our translators (we have exceptional costs allocated in our budget for it). Then, once received it, they will need approximately one month to do the work. Considering August and summer holidays, the translation of the course won’t be completed until mid-September at least.
- My office will be closed for summer leave from 1 to 31 of August.

this is an update of our status today and our pending tasks.
3rd Newsletter: solution required from FSFE by 11.07.19 (Only OFE, FSFE inserted texts in Keybase folder).
Peer Review of O2/A1 Training Plan: OFE by 12.07.
Feasibility study: by OFE 12.07.
Peer Review FSFE: relevant templates need to be saved in Keybase for both reviewed documents (Training Plan and Platform Design Plan) by 12.07.
Clone of training course: ATL by 12.07
O3/A2 - 01.05.-30.07.19 - Report and consultation: OFE by 16.07.
O3/A2 Peer Review: ATL, Dlearn by 17-31.07.19.
O2/A2 Translation of Training Course contents: all relevant partners by 30.07
O2/A2 Mother tongue videos: Greek ok. rest by 31.07. by Peter/ TUD.
O2/A2 Import of translations in Moodle – finalisation of courses: all relevant partners by 16.08. (Guidelines provided as attachment).
O2/A4: all partners ASAP in their country. Multiplier events. Results of our O2/A4 should be ready before our meeting in Brussels.
TU Dublin Invoice: TUD to reply ASAP. payment still pending.
Certificates of participation – Dublin Meet.: Pending from TUD. ASAP.
Stakeholders Matrix: SKUNI[KT1] , TUD[KT2] should insert 25 entries in the table. ASAP.
